Pingtan Island, Fujian, here we come!
Pingtan Island, the largest island in Fujian Province, is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, azure skies, fresh air, and charming coastline. It is an ideal tourist destination. The theme of the company’s team-building activity is “Unity and Cooperation, Sharing Happiness”, which aims to further strengthen the communication and collaboration capabilities of team members through a series of interesting and challenging activities.
Day 1: Dragon and Phoenix Beach Game
On the first day of the activity, our group set foot on the land of Pingtan Island and felt the sea breeze and the ocean's breath. In the morning, everyone visited Shipaiyang Beach, a famous attraction on Pingtan Island, under the guidance of a professional tour guide. With fine white sand and azure blue water, everyone picked up their cameras to record this dreamlike seaside beauty.
After lunch, we started the first challenge of teamwork-a beach volleyball game. Although the weather was hot, everyone was passionate, encouraged each other, and cooperated tacitly. This beach volleyball game not only tested everyone’s physical strength, but also deepened the trust and teamwork awareness between them. Although no one is a professional beach volleyball player, every game is full of laughter, and everyone also experiences great fun and a sense of accomplishment.
Day 2: Island Cycling - Pull Net Fishing
The activities on the second day primarily focused on expansion training and cycling exercises. In the morning, we played a thrilling team cooperation game - Invincible Hot Wheels, which required all team members to tie their feet to their adjacent teammates before departure. A crucial aspect of effective communication is learning to listen and maintain a clear and calm mind in the face of difficulties and challenges. Everyone helped each other under extreme pressure, and the teamwork became increasingly tacit.
After enjoying extremely delicious seafood for lunch, we cycled around the island, taking in the magnificent sea view and unique scenery of Pingtan Island along the way. During the cycling process, everyone not only challenged the physical limit but also strengthened team cooperation and tacit understanding through cycling. Mutual support and encouragement became the driving force for moving forward.
Day 3: Houyan Island Exploration
This is the closest island to Taiwan, China. The waves beat against the reefs, and a group of people walked along various strange stones to experience the wonderful power of nature.
The short three-day trip allowed everyone in the SNOWINER team to grow through the team-building activities. Through a series of teamwork projects, we not only improved our communication and collaboration skills but also strengthened our trust and understanding of one another. Everyone’s active participation, along with every challenge and breakthrough, made the team closer and more combat-ready.
This Pingtan Island team-building activity not only provided everyone with an opportunity to relax and have fun, but also subtly enhanced the team’s collaborative spirit. Through this activity, the SNOWINER team will be more united and meet future challenges together!
